Our Preacher

David Deuster was born June 3, 1982. He grew up in the Fort Smith area and attended the Park Hill church of Christ with his family as a youth. David graduated from Southside High School in 2000. After high school he attended OSU-Okmulgee, where he graduated in 2003, earning an associate's degree in graphic design.

After college David moved to Springdale, Arkansas where he attended the Westside church of Christ. In 2005, while at Westside, David began to preach part time and fill in at congregations in the Arkansas/Oklahoma area. In January of 2008, he began a mentoring program at Westside under the guidance of Mike Pittman.

David and his wife Kat were married in 2007. They returned to Fort Smith where David began his work at Park Hill on December 2, 2008. The Deusters are excited about the work in our area, and eager to spread the gospel in our community.

Currently, David is the editor for Our Good Fight, a monthly e-publication for young Christians, as well as the webmaster for ourgoodfight.com.
